multichoice Complaints - upgrade

i contacted multichoice for a query, the consultant offered to upgrade me to the new fixed 24month contract with the upgraded pvr decoder, which i accepted and was advised to wait for the technician to contact me to install, this was about 10 days ago, last night i got a call from a multichoice agent and i thought it was to confirm a date for the installation, however, it was another consultant to sell me another package, upon explaining that i had already opted for the fixed 24mnth contract the consultant advised that their is no history of this request on the system?!! i am totally frustrated at the incompetence of the staff and the poor service!!!
