Pnp mark park Complaints - Very bad service

I went to pnp msrk park vereeniging on 1/03/19 to buy sparkling water and withdraw money on my lunch break,i was in the queue for approximately 6-8 min when it was my turn the operstor told ne his only taking cash i asked him how should i know you never put any signage to notify customers he said he told customers by word of mouth i asked him how he said he mentioned it i further asked him that why they put signsge for not acceptibg cards on avon,dstv tec payments and they fail to print out something similar,he looked at me and told me to move he wanted to help other customers i refused to move snd became angry at him he made me more angry when he made certain signals with his head and hands raising them up high,i further told him that his got specific people of gender,status and race ge would bow down,then the controller who was very helpful kept on telling him to talk to the next operator to assist me he never wanted until the cobtroller assisted and apologised her name was Maserame Setumonyae she was of great help she cooled me down and rendered good service to me,now the operator by the name of Sicelo Mohlaleli forgot that i am paying his salary and i can Tell alot of people about how bad that store is then customers will divert.This incident happened around 15:00 upwards,i have told myself i will never ever go to that store come what may that operator is extremely rude raising hands on me he is light in complexion with dreads i will never forget that ordeal.
