Levingers Complaints - Very poor service

One cannot through to Levingers Head Office. The calls go direct to a voice mail.
The area manager Zenobia Harris is absolutely useless.
Sandals were handed in at the Glenanda Branch more than 3 months ago for minor repairs. They were further damaged in the process. Now three months later we have not had the decency of a response to various emails. I hold Levingers responsible for damages, and if they cannot fix the sandal they must refund the cost of the sandal (R140.00)
Their mission statement on their website is a joke. They must be the worst company in South Africa to deal with.
