first for woman Complaints - vihecle insurance

hi I have been contacting my current insurer for more than 24hrs now I have been experiencing difficulty with my claim, I recently bought a Hyundai j7 brand new from a Hyundai dealership, my car has been smashed in the passenger window in Pretoria on the 10/07/2018 I reported the case via the police and first for woman same time, I also contacted them yesterday in the morning I spoke to a male assistant named lerato, he told me that I wont be covered cause my policy is not valid due to the fact that I did not take my car in for assessment when they told me mind you the car is very new I just went in for my first service of 1500km, if my policy was invalid or incomplete why was there debit orders from the
4th of February 2018 until now, why am I informed when I need to make a claim, my claim reference is 951021257/1 I can not go to work let alone use the car because it is not safe the seats a dusty and dirty because there is no window and I am paying insurance, rather I get the money I was paying for the whole months and I fix my window. my costs are high because of this issue worst of all my money was stolen when they broke the ca I am using alternative transport methods please help urgently cause I will lose my job over this issue
