Vodacom Complaints - Vodacom BAD SERVICE

Vodacom decucted an amount of R9800.00 from my bank account 29/06/2018. After contacted the call centre several times, NO FEEDBACK. How can you deduct such large amounts from an account and never respond to this matter. There was an invoice generated and was simply deducted. Vodacom was suppose to refund the money, but 2 months later NO REFUND!!! I think Vodacom's service is the poorest of all. Every time I phoned the team leader just did not respond to any queries.
