Chinaza Complaints - Vodacom cancellation

I requested Vodacom to cancel my fibre connection due that I sold my house at 3092 Irene Farm Village Centurion during March 2019
I requested cancellation for at least 10 times by telephone and by E Mails.
To date I only received promises without any success. Vodacom still deduct the monthly payment.
