Telkom Complaints - Vuyokasi Gwaqa

I sent an e-mail to Telkom 24th June 2017 to cancell my Port Elizabeth line and requested a phone to be installed in Bathurst Eastern Cape. 10 phone calls later, many e-mails and I am still being billed for my phone services and internet usage. Needless to say Telkom will not entertain the idea of providing me with a phone service in Bathurst as according to them I owe them money for the 7 months service provision.
