Pharmacy Direct Complaints - Waiting for medication

I did fax a prescription to above pharmacy on the 4th of January 2018 to prepare my cronic medication.They only acknowledge receopt on the 8th of January 2018. we did contact them today to find out when medication will be send. Guess what? My wife's medication is out of stock just like it happend in 2017. After fighting with a senior manager they promised to deliver the medication tonight(18/01/2018) by courier. time now is 20H46 and no medication.Their service is not up to standard and want to make their problem the problem of the patient. they also try to phone the doctor to change my wife's medication which is also not acceptable. They can not change medication when they failed to give a service.
