ABSA INNOVATION GROUP Complaints - WARRANTY CLAIM DELAY TACTICS

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING A TOTALLY BAD SEVICES FROM ABSA INNOVATION GROUP REGARDING MY EXTENDED WARRANTY CLAIM WHERE THE DEALER SEND THEM THE QUOTE LAST WEEK. FIRSTLY, ABSA INNOVATION GROUP TOLD THE DEALER THAT THE MILIAGE ARE NOT CORRECT EVEN THOUGH THE DEALER GAVE THEM FULL SERVICE HISTORY.YESTERDAY I PHONED ABSA INNOVATION GROUP ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHERE I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING IS ALREADY BUT TODAY I AM BEING TOLD THAT I NEED TO WAIT FOR 5 WORKING DAYS FOR THEM TO ASSESS MY CLAIM AND ALSO SEND AN ASSESSOR TO THE DEALER TO ASSESS MY CAR WHICH THEY HAVE 24 DAYS WAITING PREIOD BETWEEN THEM AND THE ASSESSOR.

ALL OF THIS IS HAPPENING AFTER THEY SAY THEIR TURNAROUND TIME OR WAITING PERIOD FOR THE CLAIM IS 1 HOUR.

FOR THOSE WHOM THEIR WARRANTY IS EXPIRING BECAREFUL WE YOU CHOOSE THE INSURER FOR YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY AS I REGRET CHOSING ABSA INNOVATION GROUP.
