ABSA INNOVATION GROUP Complaints - WARRANTY CLAIM DELAYS

I HAVE BEEN IN THE RECEIVING END OF TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ABSA INNOVATION GROUP REGARDING MY EXTENDED WARRANTY CLAIM WHERE THE DEALER COMMUNICATED WITH ABSA INNOVATION GROUP AND SEND THEM ALL DOCUMENTATIONS THEY REQUIRE LAST WEEK...NOTHING HAS HAPPENDED AS YET AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY NOW TOLD ME THAT I MUST WAIT UNTIL NEXT WEEK MONDAY TO GET THE FEEDBACK REGARDING THEIR CLAIM ASSESSMENT.

I WAS FURTHER TOLD THAT THEY (ABSA INNOVATION GROUP) WAITING FOR THEIR SYSTEM TO GIVE THEM THE NAME OF THE ASSESSOR WHO WILL NEED TO SEND TO THE DEALER TO ASSESS MY VEHICLE AND THEIR TURNAROUND TIME FOR THE REPORT FROM THE ASSESSOR IS 24 DAYS MEANING I ACTUALLY HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH NOW.

FOR THOSE WHOM THEIR WARRANTY IS EXPIRING, PLEASE WHEN YOU CHOOSE THE INSURER FOR YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY YOU MUST CHOSE WISE BECAUSE I REGRET MY CHOICE RIGHT NOW
