Toyota Warranty Complaints - Warranty put on hold

I have an extended service plan and extended warranty with this company. I sent my car for service end of October and the car was not serviced for 3 days. I called and was called my extended service plan was on hold. I was told to make a deposit of a missed installment and also pay for this service and then make a claim. I did exactly that and now after a month no-one ever responded to my claim which I emailed repeatedly for a month now.

Today I took my car to Toyota because its was making some noises. I have been waiting for a call from Toyota since morning and the call that I got came shortly after 3pm telling me that my warranty has been put on hold I must call Toyota extended warranty. I called them and was told my warranty was still on hold even though the payments were up to date. I was transferred to another department and was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. The guy who picked up after 20 minutes asked me who are you after I have narrated my case and was on hold for nearly 30 minutes in total. My car is still at Toyota and the policy is on hold. This is a business vehicle and am losing.
