LG Complaints - WASHING MACHINE AND TUMBLE DRIER COMBO

I bought a washing machine tumble drier combo costing R10500 PLUS an extended warranty. When the machine started leaking I was told they had found a small tear in the rubber around the door which lead to a leak onto the main motherboard which blew. Naturally they said it was MY fault. The dealings with LG from start to finish has been DISGUSTING. From Olga on the call centre, to Noelin and Junghun Park who is meant to be the top manager. NOT one person has attended to my complaint and come back with proper advice or assistance. I was told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to locate a spare part for me......where does it say when you purchase a machine that parts are no available ??? Anyone thinking of buying LG..... DONT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Life is NOT good as they falsely advertise
