Whirlpool South Africa Complaints - Won't compensate for 2 months inconvenience

I bought a Whirlpool oven in Middelburg at the end of August, they told me it will only arrive end of September because they had to order one. At the end of September they told me it is delayed, will only arrive end of October. By then I had to start living off takeaways and braais, which is very expensive since I had no oven to cook in! End of October, they told me there is another two week delay. I phoned Whirlpool, and when I asked who is going to start paying for this, they were not helpful at all, If I knew this, I would never have bought one. They don't care at all about customers.
