Cemair Complaints - Worst airline with incompetent, rude staff

What a horrible experience and rude (non-)assistance!

My flight got cancelled 35 minutes before we were suppose to board. No excuse, no explanation. Rude, incompetent staff at the Bloemfontein airport (Engela). Refuse to assist with a different flight to PE. 

I had a return flight booked, but they have not yet cancelled the return flight (as was promised to me by their head office - Cecelia). Apparently that flight might still take place, therefor I am not liable for a refund. Just one problem... I could never fly to PE, thus who exactly is suppose to fly back on the return flight?!

I spent nearly an hour trying to get someone on the phone from head office, as Engela from Bloemfontein was so rude, I could not get anything out of her. 

I lost my car rental money (as they have a 24hr cancellation policy). I mentioned this to CEMAir, and they simply did not care or even tried to compensate / assist.

CEMAir can apparently only assist with a 4-6 week refund process. Who exactly gets the rent for monies paid for a service they are not able to deliver? This can in no possible way be legal?

I will never again in my life make use of CEMAir, neither will any of my colleagues / friends
