ABSA Complaints - Worst branch & Head office service

Contacted Louis Sedibe at ABSA White River branch on 15 August 2016 to cancel Internet banking.

Received sms from Head Office that my account is in arrears.

Contacted Ms Fridah Ngobeni (011) 354-5783 on Monday 24 October 2016 to resolve the matter. Ms Ngobeni confirmed that she will liase with Mr Sedibe at the White River branch to resolve and cancel the Internet banking fees from Aug 2016.

Received another sms from Head office, Leticia Cornelius on 28 December 2016
that my account is still in arrears.

Ms Ngobeni never reported back to me and the matter has not been resolved since August 2016.

This service is totally unacceptable from any bank working with customers!
