Miway Complaints - Worst service i have ever received

i had to call back 3 times. just to change the cancellation date of the policy. first thing they do when they here you want to cxd is put you on hold. i was holding for 20 min. i had to call back and then the call was answered but there was no consultant on the other end of the line. i called back a third time and is already 12 minutes on the call but not assisted.
