FNB SANDTON Complaints - WRONG ACCOUNT OPENED

i went to FNB dec to check the balance on my 32days account. I lady advised me to open a 7 days notice as it has better interest than 32 days. i opened the account and transferred some funds from my 32 day to the new account. To my surprise yesterday i went to do a notice on the 7 days notice and i was extremely surprise when the consultant tell me that i dont have a 7 days notice instead i have two 32days notice.I spoke to the branch manager of Alex Branch yesterday and explained the situation and she locked the case on the system and said they will call me. I went there again today in the morning i she called the branch Manager of Sandton and the manager said he will call me but still i haven't received a call even know. i am really frustrated as they dont take my complaint serious as their staff member made a mistake i cant be charged penalty because of the negligence on their side. i was this sorted by end of this week.
