Edgars Eastgate Complaints - Wrongfully charged 7000100100009563479

I settled my account with Edgars and I asked for a statement only to find that I have been wrongfully charged since 2014 for an airtime that I've never received. I then ask for a way forward on how to fix this mess as this money is accumulating and I don't know anything about it. Pontsho Motsegoa told me straight that they don't know who the company is and they can't assist . I advised her that I am going to take this further as I am not happy with this and I'd like to see the agreement that I signed for this airtime.
She then promised me that she will forward my complaint to a senior person who will give me a call. I am still waiting for that person to give me a call. Is this how Edcon is treating their customers?
